Laboratory of GD-OES - Equipment
The GDA750HR Spectrometer (Spectruma GmbH.)
- a Grimm-type spectral source, with an anode of 4mm or 2.5 mm in diameter
- power supply for a dc and a rf discharge
- a Paschen-Runge vacuum polychromator, with photomultipliers, f = 750 mm (34 channels)
- an auxiliary spectrometer with CCD detectors: a modified Paschen-Runge mounting, f = 400 mm, λ = 200 - 800 nm (with gaps)
- the configuration of the main polychromator:
Red circles denote the elements for which there is a channel with a photomultiplier in the main polychromator. Other elements can be analyzed by the auxiliary CCD spectrometer if there are emission lines suitable for the application under study in the spectral range of the CCD spectrometer. - The Grimm-type spectral source:
